Role Objective:
The Spare Parts Executive will be responsible for managing BMW spare parts operations, ensuring availability of parts, accurate inventory control, timely ordering, and supporting workshop and bodyshop requirements as per BMW standards.
Key Responsibilities:
✓ Handle BMW spare parts ordering, receipt, and issuance as per SOP.
✓ Maintain accurate inventory records in DMS.
✓ Ensure timely availability of fast-moving and critical parts.
✓ Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and bodyshop for parts requirements.
✓ Process warranty and return parts as per BMW guidelines.
✓ Conduct stock verification and periodic audits.

Required Skills & Competencies:
