Job (1) Airport Operations Walkin Drives

Position 1: Officer-AO&CS in the role of Terminal Service: Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage services, address inquiries and special requests, resolve conflicts, and ensure satisfaction while maintaining safety and operational compliance for a seamless travel experience.

Position 2: Officer-Security: Screen passengers, luggage, and cargo using advanced equipment, monitor access to restricted areas, and respond to security breaches and threats, ensuring safety and compliance with aviation security protocols.

Position 3: Officer-AO&CS in the role of Ramp: Coordinate ground handling activities, ensure safety compliance, and maintain efficient turnarounds through clear communication among staff, pilots, and operations, fostering teamwork and adherence to safety and security protocols.

Requirements:
✓ Graduation is mandatory for freshers.

✓ Candidates should not have any visible tattoos

✓ Candidates must be flexible of working in rotational shifts including Night shifts

✓ Valid passport

✓ For experienced candidates, previous employment letters / experience certificates and AEP surrender copy is mandatory for Aviation experience

Job (2) Cabin Attendant (Grade Tr)

Eligibility Criteria :
✓ Female Indian nationals, with Indian passport, between 18 to 27 years of age.

✓ Educational Qualification: Passed 10+2 examination, from a recognized board or university.

✓ Communication: Fluency and clarity of speech in both English and Hindi respectively.

✓ Height and Weight: Minimum of 155 CM’s, and weight proportionate to BMI.

✓ Appearance: Positive body language and well groomed. No tattoos should be visible while in uniform.

✓ Base Availability - Candidate should be flexible to relocate at any IndiGo base.

✓ Dress Code (for interview) - Half sleeves shirt, knee length skirt, stockings and formal heels.

1. Minimum 21 years of age.

2. Must have 3 years of continuous flying experience.
