Role Objective:
To monitor, control, and improve inventory processes and stock accuracy across assigned cluster stores, ensuring smooth stacking, high customer fill rate, and strong inventory hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
✓ Monitor and drive customer fill rates with continuous tracking
✓ Handle write-off, stock update reconciliation, and root cause analysis (RCA) for variances
✓ Conduct daily capacity utilisation checks and ensure smooth stacking processes
✓ Plan and execute critical stock movements
✓ Monitor and drive IQ App returns
✓ Ensure on-time stacking across all stores
✓ Drive intent completion and execution
✓ Make necessary planogram corrections
✓ Execute pullback activities
✓ Troubleshoot process gaps and improve critical store metrics
✓ Maintain inventory hygiene through regular store visits
Skills Required:
✓ Strong knowledge of inventory control and reconciliation
✓ Analytical and problem-solving abilities
✓ Understanding of store operations and stacking processes
✓ Basic proficiency in Excel and inventory applications
✓ Good coordination and communication skills
✓ Willingness to travel across cluster locations
Eligibility Criteria:

✓ Experience in inventory, store, or warehouse operations preferred
