✓ Will be responsible to ensure the untraceable of all his mapped hubs remain close to zero. Coordinate with hubs to ascertain that shipments lying in the untraceable bucket are physically present at hub or secure loss declaration from hub HMT
✓ Will be responsible to ensure that RTO/RVP connections of all his hubs are not breached beyond 48 hours. Will follow up with hubs to ensure that all accounting pendency aged >24 hrs will be cleared from hub dependency
✓ Will be responsible to ensure conditional loss of all his mapped hubs remains close to zero. Will also plan recovery of the conditional loss for the respective hubs
✓ Will be responsible for reducing SPF losses for the mapped hubs. Will coordinate with HMT to identify malpractices and rectify the same in accordance with HR policy
✓ Will be responsible to audit his mapped hubs once in a month for losses.
