JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Ensure that all warranty claims are sent on time.
- Ensure that the correct PDI Process documentation exists. Updating of car's service booklet is compulsory.
- Ensure to go through SAGA2 procedure and ELSAPRO for the correct claiming procedure.
- Ensure that all failed parts are labelled correctly with details.
- Ensure that the high level of co ordination is maintained between Technician, Parts person, workshop manager and accounts staff.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATION/ EXPERIENCE AND OTHER SKILL: -
- ITE/ DIPLOMA
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a warranty administrator/assistant in 4 wheeler automobile sector.
- Must be smart and confident to handle warranty related issue.
NOTE: Kindly do not apply if you don't fulfill the above mentioned requirement.
