JOB DESCRIPTION FOR CCE (Customer Care Executive) (Females Only) (Age upto 29 years)
Manages all customer communication with the appropriate level of etiquette, timeliness and professionalism.
Generate business and leads for new loans from new customers Handle branch walk-ins for business generation.
Generate referrals through existing customer base and walk-ins.
Meetings with HNI, corporates and institutional clients to promote gold loan proposition.
Handle customer requests and complaints and take it to closure.
Understand the need of the customer and cross sell other products accordingly.
Generate business and leads for other products like insurance, NCDs, gold coin etc.
Enter meetings, leads, conversions(self-sourced and referred leads) in CRM daily
Conducting outbound marketing activities to ensure continuous Walk-In the branches.

Qualification:
Regular B. Com or M.com with minimum 2 experience under accounts / audit / CA firms
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR Accounts Audit Staff (Male Candidates Only) (Age upto 30 years)
Nature of Work: Internal Audit of the Branches as per the the guidelines
Branch Audit schedules will be allotted to the auditors as per the mandate
1. Verification of Bank Reconciliation statements
2. Checking of KYC and loan documents
3. System audits
4. Checking all other records related to accounts, stock etc.
5. Ready for travel post-Covid situation
Salary offered : Upto 20000 + TA + DA as per the eligibility criteria + Incentives as per Company Policy
Locations: Based out of Kolkata Zonal Office will have to cover West Bengal, Assam, Jharkhand & Tripura Branches.
