ANM (Registered Council).
Dialysis Technician is a good job and Qualification needed here is ANM Registered diploma.

Qualification And Experience- (MSC Nursing with 3 years exp / B. Sc. Nursing with 5 years exp. and retired candidate with same post also can apply)
