National Water Development Agency invites online applications from Indian Citizens for following posts for its Headquarter and various field offices located across the country.

The details of posts, age, educational qualification and pay scale/level are 

given below :-

1. Name Of The Post - Lower Division Clerk

No of posts: 23 [UR:8, OBC:4, SC:6, ST:3, EWS:2]
Age limit: 18 – 27 years
Pay: Pay Level-4 (Rs. 25500- 81100/-)

Educational Qualification:

i) 12th Class passed from a recognized Board; and
ii) A typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on computer.

2. Name Of The Post - Upper Division Clerk

No of posts: 12 [UR:7, OBC:3, SC:1, EWS:1]
Age limit: 18 – 27 years
Pay: Pay Level-4 (Rs. 25500- 81100/-)

Educational Qualification:

Degree of a recognized University.


3. Name Of The Post - Stenographer Grade-II

No of posts: 5 [UR:3, ST:1, EWS:1]
Age limit: 18 – 27 years
Pay: Pay Level-4 (Rs. 25500- 81100/-)

Educational Qualification: 

12th Class passed from a recognized Board/University with Skill (Shorthand) Test (on Computer) at the speed of 80 wpm.

4. Name Of The Post - Jr. Accounts Officer

No of posts: 5 [UR:4, OBC:1]
Age limit: 21 – 30 years
Pay: Pay Level-6 (Rs. 35400- 112400/-)

Educational Qualification:

i) Degree in Commerce from a recognized University/ Institute.
ii) Three years experience in Cash and Accounts in a Government Office/ PSU/ Autonomous Body/ Statutory Body.

5. Name Of The Post : Junior Engineer (Civil)

No of Post: 16 [UR:11, OBC:1, SC:3, EWS:1]

Age limit: 18- 27 years

Pay: Pay Level-6 (Rs. 35400- 112400/-)

Education Qualification :

Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognised University or equivalent.

6. Name Of The Post - Hindi Translator

No of posts: 1 [UR:1]
Age limit: 21 – 30 years
Pay: Pay Level-6 (Rs. 35400- 112400/-)

Educational Qualification:

Master’s degree of a recognized University in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level;

OR

 

Master’s degree of a recognized University in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level;

OR

Master’s degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi medium and English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of an examination at the degree level;

OR

Master’s degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with English medium and Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of an examination at the degree level;

OR

Master’s Degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi and English as compulsory or elective subjects or either of the two as a medium of examination and the other as a compulsory or elective subject at degree level;

AND

Recognized Diploma or Certificate course in translation from Hindi to English & vice versa or two years’ experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa in Central or State Government office, including Government of India Undertaking.

Application Fees :-

An Application Processing Fee of Rs.840/- (Rupees Eight Hundred and Forty only) for General & OBC category and Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) for SC, ST, Women, EWS and PWD category is payable through payment gateway.

(ii) Conduct of CBT (Computer Based Test) Will be notified later on 

website.

Selection Criteria :

(i) For the posts of Junior Engineer, Hindi Translator, Junior Accounts Officer 

and UDC the selection will be made through a competitive Computer Based 

online Test.

(ii) For the posts of Stenographer Gr-II and LDC the selection will be made 

through a competitive Computer Based online Test and Skill Test 

(Shorthand/Typing)
